During this unprecedented time, we have an important update for everyone concerning our clinic’s response to COVID-19. COVID-19 is a quickly growing global pandemic that is impacting us locally. Our clinic is here to assist you through this trying time.

We will remain open for business and are now able to offer telemedicine as an alternative way to get in touch with our patients to provide medical care, not only for those worried about COVID-19 exposure but for routine medical care as well. We are still open and are welcoming all patients in for in person visits. We understand that the elderly and at risk may need virtual visits for some time. Our clinic nurses will be able to take your call and schedule you for a virtual visit, which can be on various videoconferencing platforms based on your needs. We also understand that not all visits can be done over the internet and we will therefore still be offering in patient visits during normal business hours to anyone needing care.

We currently have the capability to test for COVID-19 along with the seasonal flu and other respiratory pathogens. Testing requires an in person visit. However, we screen you over the phone to avoid unnecessary clinic visits. Our trained staff are using proper protective equipment and masks to keep you and others safe.

We welcome your in person or telemedicine visit in the future using the doxy.me telemedicine service. But please call office at 919-977-1675 first for scheduling a telemedicine appointment. According to both Medicare and commercial insurances, they have expanded support for telemedicine at this time, but again please call our office in advance to schedule.

  1. I have an appointment for Tuesday but would also like to be tested for Covid during this visit. Is that possible?
